The Human Resources Business Partner for Corpus Christi Polymers, LLC (CCP) is a proactive partner and internal consultant focused on driving business success. This position works closely with all levels of staff and will report to the Human Resource Manager.
The Mechanical Supervisor at Corpus Christi Polymers, LLC (CCP) is responsible for leading, instructing, and coaching Mechanical Technicians to improve process efficiencies and reducing costs through application of predictive and preventative maintenance practices in order to efficiently operate CCP. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with the Mechanical Inspector.
The PTA Senior Process Engineer Technologist uses attained PTA expertise to accomplish a variety of technical activities to ensure the Corpus Christi Polymers PTA and utilities plant operates safely, environmentally compliant, and efficiently, while delivering the forecasted quantities of PTA at the required quality. Duties are expected to include monitoring, analyzing process values, and plant issues. Suggesting and proving new technologies, operating campaigns, and participating in root cause analysis to provide mitigation to reduce downtime, improve quality and reduce variable costs. The position will also drive the modification process, develop heat and material balances, create PFDs and P&IDs, facilitate design through the HAZOP process, and size and prepare equipment specifications utilizing knowledge of process industry codes and standards. The PTA Process Engineer will participate in the implementation of modifications, including commissioning, training, and SOP writing.
The IT Support Specialist for Corpus Christi Polymers LLC (CCP) will work closely with the IT Manager on matters relating to the maintenance of the local IT and communication infrastructure. The IT Specialist will be responsible for supporting end users with IT issues that arise. The IT Specialist will work closely with the Senior IT Specialist to develop SAP skills to manage and use the system and provide continued support to the CCP facility.
The Senior Purchasing Agent at Corpus Christi Polymers, LLC. (CCP) is responsible for procuring spare parts, complete equipment, materials, supplies, and services from both domestic and international vendors at the appropriate quality, quantity, and price in order to efficiently operate the CCP facility. The position will report to the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain and works closely with department managers.
The Senior Accountant for Corpus Christi Polymers LLC. (CCP) will oversee all areas of taxation, including federal and state income, sales, and use tax as well as treasury functions, business unit profitability, benefit plan oversight and matters of IFRS and US GAAP compliance. This position will be involved in daily accounting/finance functions, provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance instruction and act as an agent for change and collaboration on operational initiatives throughout the organization. This position will also serve as a focal point for external audits, fixed asset valuation exercises, and for the administration of property tax abatement agreements and Foreign Trade Zone.
